The Red Carpet Celebration was a fundraiser for Morris Rotary and Channahon-Minooka Rotary scholarships and was held at Chapin's Restaurant, 701 N. Liberty St., in downtown Morris.

A red carpet welcomed guests into the party, giving them a small sense of the VIP treatment offered to those who attended the big show in Los Angeles' Kodak Theatre.
